Each year, I look forward to the new year. I love a new start, whether it is a new year, month, week or even day. Give me change, most always for the better, and I’m all in. On every December 26, I look around my house and office and make a list of what needs done for me to be the most efficient on January 1 and beyond. I might:
- Go through my closet and pull out clothes or shoes I haven’t worn in the past year.
- Take donations to Goodwill – clothes, shoes, old Christmas decorations or items that have been replaced by holiday gifts.
Besides my house, I take stock of my health, fitness efforts and my business efforts to help others with their photos.
My greatest desire with my business is to help you! I absolutely love the opportunity to help both you and me with our photos. When I first started my photo business 31+ years ago, it was on a whim. I had no idea such a business existed. And, I certainly had no idea it would become my career!
Another benefit has been getting my own photos safe and in order. While it is always a work in progress (I continue to take photos, lots of photos! 😉) I feel very comfortable with where my photos are and how they are becoming more organized.
